To me the truth is, the biggest problem with this game is the small updates that take to long.
If you want to do something different/unusual (like what happened to Isabel) you CANNOT make a small update and leave the story hanging to finish that path later.
What I basically mean is: it's better to take too long and release more content than it is to release quick small updates fast,
but it's really bad to release small updates after so much time.
This update was supposed to be focused on Isabel, but in reality it had the amount of content I'd expect for her and Ruby and others in any general update.
If more content is released together, stuff like this won't happen, people won't get so easily mad about one scene or one plot.
But if it's just a small update focused on one girl, you should make many more scenes with her in one go.
TO ME this is why this update and the last Milfy City update for example weren't received well.
And I think it's also the reason why games that take a few months to release content but release over 1 hour of gameplay work so well.
Take Lust Theory for example, every update comes with more than 1 plot, usually some bonuses scenes, and I have to spend the whole night playing to finish it. This way, there is enough content to make most people happy and bad parts (or undesired fetishes for some) don't get as much attention.
