Game was already perfect as was, and these devs make it their mission to add more meaningless convuluted complex procedures to use the excuse "I believe this game will be much, much better," People are sick of waiting because it was already good, you pos, you already had the necessary elements in place, you just don't want to act responsible, respectful of the money being forked over to you.

November 2020:

I'm not pulling an "Icstor" as many of you suggested. I didn't give any reason for anyone to believe that. I'm actually finally at a part of MP where it's gonna be a lot more fun working on it and I have no reason to abandon something I've worked on for so long before completing it.

I'm still going to work, just on something else I should have done a year ago. When you think about my job and you know it's not a new game and it's not MP it's not hard to guess what it is.

I just needed a break, and most of the other thing I'm gonna be working on doesn't require much creative thinking, so it's a perfect break for me. The reason I'm not taking a full break is exactly because I know it's hard to get back into it again.

Anyways, you'll know soon enough.

Some advice to all the other devs coming here to shit on Icstor - don't shit on other devs publicly. I'm not trying to defend the guy, it just makes you look unprofessional.
If you really want to bash someone, use an alt account.

This one's a gem. Posted in Milfy C's thread when a small dev criticized Ics's attitude and accused him of making the whole dev community look bad. Two years later and I still remember my shock at this.
THAT made the other dev look unprofessional; all the lies, and excuses, and crappy story, and subpar animations, and childish dialogues don't. They are the product of an extremely professional mind.

Both. Search for new programmer was the excuse in December/beginning of the year, and the burnt out graphics card and need to rebuild PC was the excuse now in June.
