I don't understand the whole "I hate Dr. Sin but I don't hate his supporters." Like him or not, everyone knows Lewdlab is not posting monthly updates. Dr. Sin himself has said he's not going to give due dates. Ignorant/negligent donors are equally at fault for "scammy devs" as the "scammy devs" themselves, because they literally pay for and enable the delayed updates.

Also, calling people names is probably not a good way to change anyone's mind and is generally unproductive (unless your goal is to make yourself angrier, I guess).

There's two different scenes and three creampies with Isabel if you choose to play them.

Go to the Scene Gallery, click the Isabel gallery, then go to page 4 and here click on the last scene (on the low right hand side). Here the MC has sex with Isa for the first time and creampies twice.


Next instance you can find on page 5 of Isa's gallery, the first scene (on the top left hand side). This is when Isabel goes to the MC's apartment (their second time together).
