I actually just noticed that Lewdlab is the moderator of this thread, it will never get the abandoned tag even tho in reality this game is dead and buried.
So to whoever comes to this thread in the future sees 0.16 and asks "wehn updtaeere?!?!?!" I say to you:

Nah, luckily it doesn't work that way. He opened the thread himself sure, but he doesn't have any power over the thread, otherwise he'd be deleting every message that is badmouthing him or his game and every review that is sinking the rating for the game. Abandoned tag will be added if he goes silent for three months (so if he doesn't post anything related to the game before October 15th) or doesn't release a new update before 2024-03-18.

There should be an intermediate tag then. "Delayed / Slow Updates / On Hold / Patreon Milking"

There is "On Hold" tag that this game also had while he was working on that Definitive Edition of Dreams of Desire, but that requires the developers confirmation. Delayed, slow updates, Patreon milking, good ideas all.

Dr. Sin's handyman posted on Discord: "Hey everyone, you can expect a new post about development progress soon, probably Monday.", which in Dr. Sin's language means "see you guys in two weeks!"

I thought if there wasnt any update (update as in news or comunication from the dev, or signs of life) from the dev in 3 months the game was tagged as abandoned, when was this changed?

You cannot quantify "milking" and "slow updates". "Delayed" is also silly because no dev would give release dates then.

No it hasn't changed. It's either 3 months without any patreon update or 18 months without a game release.

well milfy shitty, dual family, etc bring clicks and that way money to f95zone so no locking or marking abandoned until no other option (to mark abandoned, locking is rare thing).

Hey everyone

Quick update:

Excuse me for missing it recently, I had a really shitty time lately.

Good news!

We have found a writer and he's now on the team! He'll start writing in the coming days, so that's great. This will speed things up quite a bit in the long run and will improve the quality too.

In the meantime I continue my rendering journey. I've been struggling with this quite a bit but I'm over it. You'll see it in the coming weeks.

The numbers in the stats below are updated, and we should get some progress on those incomplete tasks too this week, need to go through them and close the ones that are basically complete but left open.

Now, about update when - when it's ready. I know it's a fucking long wait. We are over schedule for this. I'm in a hurry to get this completed as soon as possible.

See you guys in the next one, some more previews are coming this week and I'll post the next update in a week.
