Is that scene they're talking about that one there that says New in 0.16? Any idea how to get it and what location it's in.
I don't believe I've completed Ruby's storyline but I have completed Isabel's is that why I haven't been able to find and get it?
No clue man, it's been so long since I actually played it. I would imagine you have to finish all the content. I do remember it being pretty straight forward to do.
