The difference is in the amount of content. And for the love route, this number is much lower. Same for Ruby. For the mother - I don’t know (at least I don’t have a difference). Unfortunately, there is no walkthrough of the game that clearly states the critical choices for the game. For example, I was never able to get lesbian scenes between sisters or BDSM scene with mother and aunt, which are shown in the gallery.

You talk about bonus scenes (elite/extras) which aren't in the game. Only in the gallery.

i rescued her with help of ruby this time, 1st time loooooooong ago with help of natsuko.
there is no new content compared to .16 so can't get save on start of .17 content.

Actually the WT/Cheat mod does exactly that, for instance it lets you know which choices change your Morality, or the Lust/Submission/Love of the sisters and things like the proper path to avoid the NTR scene during Isa's kidnapping and what to choose if you choose Ruby instead of Nat for help of which IMO choosing Ruby is the better option.
The stuff you are talking about is the Extra stuff that is not in the Main Game but in the Scene Gallery only.
Edit:
I should have clarified that it is no longer apart of the Main Game is using the WT/Cheat mod but some was shown as a Bonus if you used Lain's mod in the past. That game code was removed from the current game code overhaul.

in mod menu click "settings" then click show cheats in mod menu"
TBF mostly all those scenes use to be in the game that you found naturally playing, for some reasomn they were removed to addd just in the gallery.. and honestly im not a fan of that

No, it was the WT mod which added some Extras scenes in the game. They've always been in the gallery only by default.

Hey Bibifoc , you should have mentioned for those that didn't know was that Lain was both the original game coder and game modder. Lain injected some of the Extra Scenes into be shown in the Main Game if you were using Lain's mod but those got removed from the game code overhaul. I think mentioning that may help lower some of the confusion though I should have mentioned that earlier too but didn't think about doing it until now.
And yes, Bibifoc would very well know what was and what is now not in the game code.

I knew she was but didn't know those scenes was tied to the mod itself thought she programed them into the core game not just as a mod feature.
Shame it was removed tho i liked them better in the game with context.. not a fan of gallerys well becuase they have no context to them and quite frankly im unlocking gallery scene that make 0% sense to the current level i have the girls at
