In the event that we do get the new update by the end of this month or 2 weeks or so (but not really holding too much hope on this one)
Will that be just the main storyline with the Mom?
or will it include repeatable sandbox scenes?

Only speculating, but I'd say it's a comprehensive no holes barred Joyce update... The game is based on sandbox anyway, so there will be plenty of everything.

There haven't been any updates regarding the releasedate. Why should he not release this weekend? There have been quite a few teasers and no comment on an actual delay.

I'm just being honest here, normally when there is this much silence, something has happened or is not going to happen.Or do you maybe know something we don't?
Just saying I wouldn't be shocked if it slips past "June" and I will be pleasantly surprised if it doesn't.

Because of the Patreon re-bill cycle. If he releases it this weekend, people will cancel their pledges the second they get the download link, which means he loses money from July’s paycheck. If he prolongs it to July, he will make more money out of this, which he very well also knows that with this update he can get the biggest paycheck that this game will ever make for him as it’s the one update that the mommy fans have been drooling for over five years.

Depends a bit on how it's set up, I suppose. Patreon used to be monthly billing on a set date, but now they have the option to bill on the Patron's anniversary. So if that is the way this Patreon runs (it's an option, I think), then depending on how long it's been set like that, and how long people have been Patrons for, it might not make much difference. It means payments throughout the month, rather than everything all at once.
Also, I'm guessing that rather than people cancelling the second they get the update link, they are more likely to join once the link is available, then cancel straight after. If you're only going to be a member to get the update, it makes sense to wait until the update is ready, rather than potentially pay an extra month or two.
So in one more day we can play in Joyce's update ! Maybe Lol

The dev have deprived me from the discord for asking about update. I wondered if they cancelled the vn simply. Such a behaviour is beyond me.

I believe you will end up with different access to scenes from those choices its why I rather have a pure corruption or pure love path for all the characters as you get different scenes for all of them. So depends on how you've been picking before hand
