Can someone explain how the mother goes from almost being raped to kissing him to almost giving him a handjob?

Dev just gave up on the story with those extra scenes. Was there plot of some kind? Why couldn't we talk to the brother again.
This is the most annoyingly linear game in this genre. Mc couldn't even jerk off without being interrupted.

Can you pls confirm if the patch works for you? Because the old patch doesn't work for me anymore. Neither in Linux nor in the Windows build of v0.2.0.

The old patch for v0.1 is working for me in the new version as well.

Thought the sleeping pills were for the mother, they were for the father as it turns out. (At one point you get to buy the pills using the laptop) Enables him to do the non-consent night groping. Not exactly rape but definitely sexual assault.

yep pretty much your review kinda explains alot about the game especially when all the other games that came out in 2018 that were popular

i couldnt understand why the main character has to be such a douche if this was on renpy i could tolerate it but im pretty much giving up on this and keep the original game in my memory and signature

that kinda proves the point why switching to unity was a big mistake if you are forced to play on low settings for the game to work without any problems when i can play on Ultra on other unity games and have no issues

Sorry if this question has already been answered in a FAQ, but why do devs choose Unity over Renpy? I've never understood why, since a lot of Unity games have been resource-intensive/hard to operate when my right hand is...occupied.

Is it because Unity's easier to work with, or the graphics capabilities are better? Better for protecting intellectual property? I really liked DoD and was excited about Midnight, but Unity is a kluge and my system is good.

It wasn't bad, but given that this was a make-or-break update for this game, this was much worse than expected. Probably 5 minutes of content that felt unnecessarily long due to all the pointless clicking.

Definitely, Tyrano is just terrible. Fate of Irnia is a fine game, but Tyrano is a huge anchor weighing it down.

Not Unity is a "klung" but bad engine and coding is. Bad coding can break Ren'Py games too.

my system is good

I have seen rigs superior to my low-end laptop that people run, but they were not able to run a simple game. Reasons for that were: Bad configuration of Windows, outdated gpu drivers, messed up Dlls, bloatware, adware, etc...

It doesn't matter how good your system is, if a) code and engine are bad and b) you can't maintain your system operational.

Dude, rape isn't a rare fetish. Sleeping pills isn't even close to DoD level of sexual assault, where the MC was literally altering the way their brains work to service him sexually. And considering there wasn't really any indication that the effects weren't permanent, I'd say it's even worse. If you aren't into non consent, then Lewdlab probably isn't for you, since DoD had ONE character that actually consented to the MC in that game. The rest were all altered to give consent when they originally wouldn't. As far as "rape" goes, this is pretty darn tame.

The fantasy supernatural story made the rapey stuff bearable. This one coupled with the mc's general douchiness, feels a lot worse. There's just no build up to any of the scenes, they all feel rushed compared to DoD.

Because the Mac version can't even reach the scene where you meet the teacher. Unless I'm missing something it is broken. I didn't know that Linux skipped animation. Guess I'm out of luck.
