Just finished 2nd play thru after "0.8 Elite" update. Excellent game, I very much enjoyed the story. and the pace. The progress in relationships are believable, and the pace is bearable and credible. If "A Wife and Mother" had Lewdlab's pace in "Midnight Paradise", it would be so much better. I enjoyed AWAM very much too, but the pace was quite unbearable.
In summary:
1. story = 4/5 (very good)
2. pace = 3/5 (good)
3. characters = 5/5 (excellent)
4. playability = 4/5 (very good)
Each character had depth, is engaging, and each character is beautifully designed. If I had a criticism in character design, it would be Ruby's face features. I can't quite put my finger about it, but there is something not quite right about it (yes, I am nitpicking).
For the next update , is it a good idea to make the text box transparent? I used a patch to try it out, and it really makes the whole play experience so much better. What are your thoughts on this F95zone forummers?

I think it was around 0.5 release Lewdlab said game will have 3 arc total with every 6 patch. When you think about it we are not even reach the half of the game and story yet, we are still at beginning of middle arc. I am speaking for myself here, I think slow burn makes things more enjoyable when thing gets really hot. Mini example from this update; when Joyce seduced to MC to get Ruby hired and got hot yoga scene after that. It was the fruit of previous slowburn stories.
I don't know I like kind of these stuff and slowburn. Imo, pace is good but I understand if some people found it slow.

Not exactly to be honest. If you are going on about NTR as a whole oh there will be someone getting cucked in the form of MC father. We are already seeing the progress of him slowly but surely stealing getting into his mother's pants and it won't be long before she is his. Then there is the fact that if you choose Melissa over your best friend Melissa will be doing reverse NTR to the best friend.
My point being is that there are signs of these forms happening.

If anyone is having trouble with step 15 of the main story (getting into the study), make sure you sneak into parents room at night and go through the scene there, then you should be able to access the study. At least this worked for me

How come there is a lack of gameplay of this game out there? I’ve seen people post 2/3 vids and then just stop?

I know you are impatient but I think is the beginning of the game. It's a game with an history (no matter how good it is or not) and the creator don't want to show at the beginning a fuck scenes. And even if it'is'nt like Deluca Family game, with very little sex scene but a damn story, there have a good few of sexual content.

Actually we're almost at the middle of the game
And sex will come for sure in next 4 updates of act 2.
After all we have way too many characters to leave them all for the final act.

I'm new here so I'm kinda still learning how things work with these games. I've downloaded the 0.8 version (the compressed file) the other day and I finished it but I didn't get some scenes that are shown as screenshots in the OP. Basically, I can't progress the story with any of the girls. Did I download wrong file or am I doing something else wrong?
I hope it's fine to ask things like this and thanks for all the help.
