I can't trigger it on that save either.
You somehow found a way (bug?) to skip that scene. That's interesting, I didn't know that was possible.

You're not missing much though, that scene isn't even listed in the gallery.

actually what happens is with respct to the walkthrough.. i cannot trigger Mom's event first , so i go do Throns mission and then go to streets directly and automatically transported back to my room in evening, so when i go to the living room.. isa is just lying there

Im not using incest patch? maybe thats the reason?

I don't think so, the patch just changes some name variables.
Some events in the game can be triggered at different times though and since every scripted event advance time in a different way, I think that you somehow found a combination of events that allows you to skip the conversation with Isabel. It doesn't seem to be game-breaking since the story with her isn't locked or anything and all your gallery seems to unlock just fine as well.

With this skip, you can now try to speed run the game. ^^

Gave this one a go. Wasn't sure at first as the MC seemed pretty unlikable but once it opened up more I loved it. Fantastic image quality, great lewd scenes and that milf!

The actual story bits though? I'm not engaged at all with the main plot.

can someone please tell me how i can unlock all scenes? I finished v 10 but i cant access all the scenes in the gallery. any cheat mode or saves can solve that?

You should check out The Visit. It's almost done so there's a fair amount of story/lewd scenes.
