It is obvious we haven't had proper action in the last year of development but patience is key. You don't want to rush it now and then do what? repeat 10 intercourse scenes in different setting? we will get all that anyway.

well... this game was uploaded here 18 months ago, and dev probably worked on it at least 6 months prior to that.
So for 2 years old game it is pretty normal to have actual intercourse, even with one of main girls. Many games have intercourse with minor characters in few first releases. Here we have nothing
We could have easily go faster with one of sisters, or side girls and had 2-3 intercourse scenes already with her at this point. No one would complain
Also, it would be great if we would end with 10 different intercourse scenes with each main girl but this is pretty much impossible.
Firstly, this is family porn on patreon - each day it can be banned permanently or forced to change so much that it will be easier to scrap it entirely.
Secondly, dev can decide or be forced by real life any day to drop this game - things happen. There is a bunch of devs who have ended good games even if they did not want to do it.
Thirdly, those games loose a lot of support when there finally is sex with main girl (in this case sisters or mom depending on preference).
At the end, I fear that in best scenario game will have a lot of those licking, massaging, hj, etc. low level stuff and 1 or 2 intercourse scenes with main girls added when support will start dropping. And that is the best possible scenario. It can always stop abruptly.
