No, since version 0.13 didn't have any content for storylines. 0.13 was about adding wardrobe, booty calls and additional character conversations that are useless at this point since those don't have any function to storylines, unless you are interested in small talk like "what do you think about our relationship?".

Jane's doesn't bother me as much as Turner's. Maybe it's because of the improved quality of the images. But still, the perfect proportion is the landlady's.

In new apartment, when you are in the bedroom, there is icon in the right corner with booty that has hand on it. Click that. If you have Lains mod, then it is on the left side, on the white closet door above the black glass table. You need to be on either morning or afternoon to trigger the booty call.

there are more than few patches re/posted here in the thread since the trouble with teminal have started.
so just search the thread and you shall find it.
or report the op, and some of uploaders/mods will attach the patch there as well.
