Will there be a DOD 2 (perhaps) and this DOD remastered would be a way to build some hype? I remember that the old one leaded to an open end.. Anyway, waiting for the new one, really..

Just finished my first playthrough of this game. Great stuff. In a lot of games I usually have 1-3 favorites and find the rest of the conquests either "okay" or "meh". I've noticed in this one (and also in DoD), that I'm a big fan of all of them. The mom, both sisters, the aunt (or whatever their non-incest roles are), the teacher, the maid, Tanya, Melissa, etc., they're all great. I'm not really into Natsuko, personally, but all the rest of them are top shelf imo.
The game has quite a slow burn, but hopefully the payoff will be worth it. Things were ramping up pretty hot towards the end there with most of the characters

after playing this one i am rather flashed by it. i want to continue play it, even tho it has like no "normal" sex scenes at all >.> and those kind of scenes are like one of two reasons i play such games. the second one is the story should anyone be interested, which i really like here.
one thing that bugs me really hard is that you're able to chose your childhood friend to be your girlfriend, but do not have her available for a booty call, but can call that crazy chick of an ex.
on the other hand, what surprised me greatly in a positive way are the feet. I myself find feet and foot fetish scenes rather disgusting. i neither like to touch or look at them, hence i usually avoid that. but midnight paradise has some good scenes i'd say, even i found them pleasant.

It does have a very slow build up. But it will work well imo as long as the hardcore stuff does come eventually. I didn't know that the bestie doesn't have a booty call option. I'm sure that the dev will add an option for her later. I don't see why they wouldn't.

Lewdlab said that booty calls are tied to the storyline/relationship development of the characters, so since "the bestie" hasn't had any content or development after being declared as "girlfriend", there is no sense to make her booty call event since it would just be hugs and kisses at this point. The crazy ex on the other hand was pictured as a dirty slut from the get go, so she works just fine as fwb-fucktoy. So yeah, "the bestie" will get herself on the booty call list after she is developed a little more.

Makes sense and sounds good. I remember a "love/slave" route (paraphrasing) with the younger sister (or whatever her non-incest version is) too. I'll likely have to do a love route for her along with choosing the bestie in one playthrough, and a slave route for her while choosing the slutty ex in another. I don't remember the other route/choices if there were any others so far. I got an impression that there may be a future dom/sub route choice with Tanya though.

Hey everyone
Just a quick post to share some news about what's been going on this week.
Basically I have serious lower back pain issues. I thought it might go away after 1-2 days so I didn't bother posting about it, but it persists. I can only sit about 5 minutes at a time before my lower back starts to hurt pretty badly. Apparently I'm sitting too much in front of the computer. Duh.
So after not getting better even after 2 days passed, I went to the doc and got some medication and he told me it should pass with the meds in about a week, but he sent me to an MRI just to be safe, so I'm getting that done on Monday and we'll see.
I'm taking it easy for the time being and the pain seems to be improving. So of course not much has been done by me in terms of work this week, but the animations still keep rendering all day at least, so that's good.
Hopefully I'll be back to normal in a couple of days, just wanted to let you guys know why I missed the update posts this week.

Someone please relay the message for me to Dr. Sin. Dr. Sin, try to find a Physical Therapist that do dry needling. It will help. I worked for Coca-Cola and I have low back pain and tried many different ways but nothing working. One of boot camp instructor suggested me to try dry needling. In two week I feel great. In past I cant stand and walking for more than 15 min. Try this first. Thank you for relay the message.
I work for Pepsi and it didn't work for me.

Lewdlab wanted to get DoD DE out in March, but already confirmed that it's not going to be possible to get it done in time so there is no ETA for it as for now, and that's why he wanted to put 0.14 update for Midnight Paradise out in March so people wouldn't have to be without new content for so long. But now, since he is having back problems and is basically already one week behind his "planned" schedule in development, it will be either late March or very early April when he get's the 0.14 ready. If he is able to start working on it this week that is.
