Then you must be out of luck for many of the games getting released or updated and many (most?) have been using 7.4.11 for a while now though some were still using 7.4.8 until this summer. And now some are starting to use Ren'Py 8.
This is a possible workaround which will work for some but not all games done in 7.4.x that doesn't work for you, though you should test to see if it works or not first before trying this:
Using one of the games from 7.3.x that works for you, eg.
superincest2018,copy that game's entire folder to create a new folder eg.
superincest2018 - copy,rename this new folder into something like
playrp74games or whatever works for you,delete the folder
game from that new folder playrp74games,copy the
game folder from the game you want to play into this new playrp74games folder,start the game in
playrp74games but clicking for example superincest2018.exe,if it works, begin fapping.
Edit:
I forgot that you can mix the various releases of 7.4.x with other 7.4.x releases and the same for 7.3.x with other 7.3.x releases but you can't mix 7.4.x releses with 7.3.x or the other way around due to a change in the encryption/decryption keys from 7.3.x to 7.4.x. You can try to recompile a 7.4.x game to 7.3.5 but you might run into an issue of the 7.4.x game uses commands/features new to 7.4.x.

Just remember to try to see if the game works fine on it's own first.
I am biased but I also highly recommend using my (formerly Lain's) WT/Cheat mod too.

OMG not a a a boobjob? I was a patreon for a month years ago and the game is still playing with dumb shit like this? At the time I had just played DOD and thought the dev might make a game worth supporting but after a couple of updates I suspected him of being a cow lover and dumped his ass. What a waste of Joyce...Enjoy those boobjobs lol.

Just trying to save you some extra time if you don't need to.
As I mentioned, almost every game that's had a release/update for roughly the past 2 years has been on the 7.4.x branch and if you have managed to play any of them then it's means that some of the 7.4.x branch games will work on your system.
Also keep this in mind, my current system (Ryzen 5600X + RTX 2060) has had issues with specific version releases from both the 7.3.x & 7.4.x branches but I've had no issues with any game once they were being built on 7.4.8, 7.4.10 and 7.4.11.

And when majority of those are additions to the phases of the game that has been passed like years ago already, it's not adding like super huge amount of stuff to advance the game from the point where it is at the moment. Basically he just decided to "remake" the so far created game, adding some content to the places nobody at this point asked him to add stuff for. But that's what he learned with Dreams of Desire: Definitive Edition, he can just get away with it when he claims it's going to make it "better". It's kinda same when some devs at the middle of the game decide that they want to remake the earlier parts of the game because the renders on earlier parts don't look as good as the current ones, which then prolongs the whole creation process, which means more monthly paychecks for the dev. When it should be "finish the game first, THEN remake the parts you think should be remade" kind of thing.
But what ya gonna do, sheep are going to be sheep and pay this man for dozens of previews no matter what.

- Many of the devs have day jobs so it's possible that with the current economic situation going on in the world that maybe they've had to either work extra hours at their current job or get a second job to help support themselves/their families
- Some are renting cloud services from Amazon to render their images and again with the current economic situation they might be having to budget as much access time as they can which means it will take them even longer to get a release out due to they only have so much $$$ per month to spend for that
- Others may be having a hard time mentally keeping up with writing/working on their game due to all the craziness over the last 2+ years
- The devs in Europe may be limited to how much time they can render or just work on the game due to local energy crises
- Some may have become addicted to OnlyFans
- Some may be spending a lot of time laughing at their supporters while sipping Mai Tai's at the beach
