The error you posted it means that the game hasn't been extracted from the rar file or that in that folder you don't have the permission to write, that's why you see that error. The mod doesn't do that kind of error.

the three girls and the main character have the same father, so they're related by blood. You can't do more than that, otherwise the story doesn't make sense at all because of Madeline .

The stepmom + 3 halfsisters is what the story was meant to be originally. Faerin had to change it to keep patreon happy. The patch just changes it back.
