I decided to try this game but I can't get past the first mini-game. What should I do? I move my mouse as shown (I think it wants me to draw a circle) but it doesn't accept it. I tried it with the left button pressed but it didn't work, I tried it without clicking anything but it still didn't work. I really wonder how those who could do it did it...

You have 4 options, you can try turning off everything else that uses the video card, and try again, you can skip the intro, or you can save before the minigame, and upload your save, and I Will do it for you. Or change the windows to English.

True, but that was only peeping. This update tied it all together (pardon the pun) - especially with the blackmail subplot - and introduced MC participation in the midnight events.

I have no idea what I am doing wrong, but this is two updates in a row where I can't get past the first mini game. No matter what I do the mouse does not register as moving clockwise. I have spun it clockwise, I have made huge clockwise circles, I have made tiny clockwise circles. Most of the time it doesn't register anything at all, a small portion of the time I get a tiny blue segment at the bottom that quickly disappears.

I normally use a logitech wireless mouse, but I have also plugged in a wired mouse to try to get it to register. Nothing.


Luckily I have saves that are pretty early so I just load those, but it is annoying that this bit is broken for me. Especially bad since the only un-skippable one is the only one broken for me. I easily work my way up to beating the Russian in the fight. I am far from a highly skilled reflexed player, but I have also been playing video games since around 1983, so there might be some weird way to move a mouse in a clockwise circle that I am not doing, but I don't think that is the case. I am pretty sure this is broken in some other way.

Well, I was using my backup pc, with 64gig ram and a 2080ti, but because I had so much running in the background, that was not enough. It could also be a regional settings thing. Something to do with the , and . being swapped in some places, we are working on a fix.

It's likely a regional setting that is causing the problem. Change the region of your PC to English, and that should solve the mini-game issue.

Then that would likely be the cause then, you can either change that, or as I said before, save right before the mini game, and I will get you passed it.
We should have it fixed for next time, but for now we will have to work around it.
