Thanks for the fix and the quick turnaround, much appreciated. Glad I could (inadvertently) contribute to the game's development.maladroit, here is your fixed save back. It was indeed a bug in where it appears one of Annabelle's HI events were done after midnight, which should not have been able to happen. So you may have helped us finally solve issues with Annabelle that have been cropping up occasionally, once and for all (or at least, we hope).
I'm getting stuck on this part. Tried reloading, restarting, pressing every key, rolling back.
After I get the achievement, it just doesn't go on.
I don't know if anyone had a similar problem. I tried looking the last pages but couldn't find anything.

Okay, it was my bad.... when i started using walktrough i stopped folowing the in game hints and just didnt talk with madeline about victoria so i couldnt get the spying scene.
So for anyone getting stuck somewhere, just try to follow the in game hints.
Thanks for trying to help tho. Its a nice game so its good to know theres some good community too.

when you say extract to the main directory, exactly how? I put the mapping folder (and it's contained file) in the first layer with all the other standard folders, but it didn't seem to change any dialogue.

You want to put mapping.json in the same folder as Midnight Sin.exe.
The changes are minimal and you might not even notice if you've passed some of the early dialogue. (The only change I know for sure is in the initial interview with the mother, though probably there are more I didn't notice.)
Man what is it I'm supposed to be finding in Madeline's bedroom when the room is open as her bath is being drawn? I restarted after not playing this for a long time, but I'll be damned if I can find what it is the game wants me to "snoop" around looking for.
You need to find her book of sin. Typically, it is in the last place you look. In other words, you have to click on every clickable location.
Yeah I figured out the problem. It was waiting for me to find all the other books before revealing the one in her room. Once I got the ones in the girls' rooms and the rest of the house, it was obviously sitting on the little bedrest thingy.
ETA is the end of next year, could be a bit later if needed. Have to see how it goes.

Have you purchased the lingerie? If so, go into your inventory, click on the lingerie, then click on Victoria. If not, you will need to buy it first as it's part of the photoshoot.
