strange the purchase has already been made, and if I click on victoria, only the phrase it's time for another photo shoot comes out, I have already finished the boxing matches with her. Well, let's try this. Go into the menu by clicking on the cog and create a new save in a different save slot. Let's say page 8 and use slot number 1. So your new save's file name should be "08_01.sav". Then attach that new save, please.

What a frustrating game! You buy a white bikini for Anabelle, and during the poolside blowjob scene, all you get is a close-up of the guy's genitals. There's no moment to actually enjoy her outfit while she's doing her thing. It feels like the developer is more into focusing on the guy's penis than on Anabelle's curves.
It's a good thing that we don't see any "forced" BDSM then, isn't it? The only one that was 'forced', was the first one with Vicky, and we didn't see that one.

You need to open your inventory, click on it, and then click on her to 'give' it to her.
Uh, they are not fan patches. The games have been specifically designed to read that specific file, that specific way. Only way that is done is that the developer provided the .json mapping files him/herself.

The reason those patches have to be made is because websites like Patreon will flag developer content if questionable stuff like incest is actually included in the game. The relationships of Man of the House and Mystwood Manor make no sense if the MC isn't related to the girls.

Utter total idiot, so you're saying it's not a fan made patch while in the same sentence saying how it could be a fan made patch. I'm sure there's not a single person out there that couldn't extract these files out of the game. I mean I know there are Turkish versions out there so did they take screens of all the dialogue and translate or did they extract the files needed.
I work for the guy and we must abide by the rules Patreon sets out, even on Discord we have to disassociate ourselves with the patch otherwise Patreon could ban the dev his source of income stops and no more game as he has to go back to a mundane job rather then do something he loves doing and you all love playing.
Also read the original post you quoted do the games without the patch contain incest? No they don't so my statement stands also nowhere in that post did I say an incest patch was impossible to make either. As testers we altered the original mapping files ourselve in MotH and MwM Veronica was a toaster in mine and I think Amy was toast, but yours is all what you think you know.

The FANMADE patches where on his other games as well and never caused this much commotion. Maybe the incest fans over the years have become a little touchy when being told the truth. Saves are always stored in the game's folder under a sub-folder named "saves". And as clearly mentioned in OP:
Which means you need to copy the "saves" folder from the last version into the folder of the new version.
Ex: copying the saves folder from v0.5.1 and pasting it into the folder for v0.5.2 in order to continue.
