You need to follow some other hints, try doing Becca's first. You will need to do that and a few others first.

You have to wait until you get an invitation to join the girls for dinner, but you have a few things you need to do first before you can get to that point.
Do Rebecca's hint first (at 07:00 the following morning). Take Madeline to her board meeting, then go to your room, change the time to 23:00 and go to bed. You'll get a message from the blackmailer. Take Annabelle to her art class on Friday night, then go to your room. You'll get another message from the blackmailer. Go to the basement Sunday morning at 07:00 and help Madeline with her workout. Then change the time to 17:00. Rebecca will give you an invite to join the girls for dinner. Then follow Olivia's hints after you join the girls for dinner.

If the girls are all at 100% and everything in the gallery is unlocked, then yes, that's it for now. You should see the MC at 93%, that's a known bug which will be fixed in the next update.

This hint, which shows in the save you posted earlier. Since that hint is not showing in your screenshot, I can only surmise you gave us the wrong save to look at. We would need a save where you are at currently. Not something you have already done. That doesn't help us or you.

Waiting is annoying. Especially when there are events timed to days of the week. I essentially had to play through a week doing nothing but once a day workouts and the five chauffer things with zero story progress.
I have never seen that hint at all. The save I gave was the current spot where I was.
But, I've been to dinner now. So it's not like I can go back and check.

In the Mall parking garage at 2200 (10:00pm). You can fight Alex for $100, then the Homeless Guy for...more ($250?), and then Sergi for $1000. After a while it's just humiliating Sergi to get enough money to buy everything. It's not difficult, but it is time consuming, so you do appreciate the purchases you make.
