Check the girls' profiles, if they are at 100% and all of the images are unlocked, then yes, that's all the content there is until the next update.

It was supposed to trigger later, we just ran out of time to fix it last month, Faerin's been having a lot of RL issues these last few months, including a dead hard drive this month, we should have that bug fixed next time, but we will just have to see what he manages to get done this week.
But that will get fixed one way or another as soon as he is able.

I am also stuck near the end with Victoria being the only one not at 100%. The hint is to Talk to her, but she has no new conversations. No cheat or editing was used. Since I have seen a few people mention it, is it safe to assume that it's a bug?

Thank you, the bug has been found, and fixed for the next update, you should be able to continue with that save when it comes out.

You have to put the mapping.json file in the main game folder where your game .exe is located.
Putting only the mapping folder inside the main game folder didn't work for me, it has to be the .json file.
You can check if it works by looking under Olivia's lust and love stats.
If it says "I'm so glad I have a brother" it's working - if it says 'bodyguard' it's not.

the mapping.json is the incest patch . you put it in the same folder as the .exe and it enables incest
