The first thing I see is that you have it buried a few folders deep (and wrong version), I would suggest extracting the game from the archive to a new folder and try that.

same thing even when i delete it and unpack it again but this message of winrar show up even the first time i unpack it

Two things here, first, don't double up the folders like that, and second, it sounds like you might not have had a successful download then. My next suggestion would be to redownload it, and I would recommend using a downloader, such as Jdownloader2, so that it can verify your files when you are done.

anyone else got an issue with not being able to progress after getting the achievement after a scene? i get the tick/achievement pop up but then i can't progress or open menus, just shows the last text and i have to alt+f4.
Skipping time/day before the event can caused that problem.
To fix this, you need to load an older save, and go to bed at midnight without using the skip buttons and waiting for the game to force the issue.
I tried to start a new game using 8.0 and now the girls are not sisters and Miss Cane is not their mother - what happened????

How to unlock the last scene for olivia/victoria? I guess it's a threesome? The game doesn't offer any hints anymore. Everything else is unlocked.

Check to see if you need to finish talking to Olivia or Victoria. If so, once you complete that, you will see the new hint.
