I'm pretty sure it just means they're swapping the menu background with that image, like changing the wallpaper. I don't see the point but it's not uncommon to find mods like that.

yeah its a shame sometimes, swamie its so awesome but anims always so short
I think it's either:
a) we get a high quality/grade animation, but short duration, which comes out pretty quick/reasonable
b) we get a high quality/grade animation, and long duration, but it takes a long time (reasonably so, since it takes that much effort to make it good quality and good length)
or
c) we get a decent/long duration, but subpar quality animation that may or may not have plastic-y texture with weird janky motions and/or expressions

If it showed more angles, it would be much better, in my opinion. I'm not asking for much, like multiple positions.
