Welcome to Version 0.5 of the Unofficial Mihashira English Translation! Here's what's included so far (* indicates new to this version):

- All Art & Image Translations (Front Cover, Icons, Nameplates etc.) - for certain translated stages, boss nameplates have now been extended to accommodate the English name.*
- World Map & Equip Screen - improved translation for certain stages, and corresponding Free Gallery doors*

Dojos and QoL Features

- Opening & Tutorial Stages
- Stages 1 ~ 9
- H Scenes 1 ~ 3
- Valley Stage - The Great Ravine*
- City Stage - Battle of Hinomoto*
- Estate Stage - The Mansion Trap*
- H Scene 4 - Hashitaka & Ikaru Capture Scene*

- New QoL - the Free Gallery, as a general feature, is now unlocked throughout the game as you progress, rather than all at once at the end.*

Beat any stage on Normal difficulty to unlock it in the Free Gallery. Enemies are unlocked progressively too, but not sure how the engine calculates this yet. After beating stages where they appear, maybe?

- Adjusted female scout's dialogue profile name from 'Soldier' to 'Scout'.*
- Slight bugfix to vanilla Oni sprite in H scene 4*



Note that this translation works with the v 1.0.7 / 26th Mar patch - it will not work with earlier versions, and may or may not be compatible with future ones until updated! To install, simply extract the contents of the zip (bmp, data, and the .exe) into your main game folder and select Replace. Feel free to keep a backup of your originals if you want to go back to the JP version!

If you experience any issues, please give me a shout and I'll fix/adjust stuff as needed. Hope you enjoy!

ah perfect, I just reached the end of 0.4 patch yesterday. glad I waited instead of playing the untranslated stages

Yeah Chrome's pretty well known for false flags as far as I can recall. As with anything on F95 if you feel uncertain, do the usual stuff of checking who's posted it, are they trustworthy, run it through Virustotal, run it in a sandbox, etc. etc. At the end of the day if you're still worried there's never any pressure to download anything you don't trust.

i was just wondering what changed for chrome to suddenly flag it, I assume it was only a minor change

If you mean between v0.5 and v0.5.1, yeah it was just the addition of the 'Database' folder which you can see in the spoiler image - it contains the list of filenames for the engine to read for animations, images etc. and also conditions for how to read them (like which frames of an animation to play).

It consists only of .dat files, similar to the World Map which was already in the patch, so I'm not sure why Chrome would've started to flag it but hey like I said - Chrome's notorious for falsely flagging stuff. Best to use your actual Antivirus program(s) or Virustotal, anything that's actually designed for the purpose. Chrome's best used as a vessel to download Firefox imo ;)

You're very welcome! Absolutely, part of the reason the latest batch of translation took me so long is because of the work I've been doing on Remix. v0.2 won't have any further FemToki stuff because I've been focusing on this new Kigis x Army scene which has been incredibly difficult to put together - but I think for v0.3 I'll focus more on 'general' Remix changes like the female Toki, the H anim state of dress tweaks, etc. More news to come very soon :BootyTime:

Is there eventually going to be a corresponding modification of the in-game text? I recall it feeling really awkward in the cutscenes for Toki to be a girl and both be still referenced as a "he", aswell as them being confused towards the start of the game when they are counted among the girls.

Yep, that'll be a part of it! And like the animations themselves, this'll all stay optional for those who like femboy Toki.

I'm just wondering whether to split it into a separate 'FemToki' mod or keep it as part of Remix with a quick explanation of which files to delete if people want to revert to original Toki, undecided yet. I think that most people would want female Toki...? And it's a bit easier for me to keep it all as a single mod, basically just the 'stuff Artix likes' mod lmao. But yeah we'll see :BootyTime:

I'd like to keep femboy Toki please. I think a relatively easy way to separate it is to include a folder in the mod labeled "Femboy Toki" with the original files for people (like me) who wants to change him back after applying the remix mod.

Personally for me it feels more intuitive rather than deleting files from the mod before applying it (and there's also the slight risk of deleting something else too).

Just er...just don't put the changed pictures into your files? It is kinda the whole point that spriting "goes to waste", some of the unique spriting for Toki is already removed in the mod if you use that part of it.

Yeah this might be the best way to do it! It's a similar amount of file management for me as creating a separate mod, but it does mean that I'd only have to maintain the one Remix post/download link and all that stuff, which is much nicer. And then it's a single drag-n-drop for when you want to reapply Femboy Toki.

Not too sure what you mean by go to waste? Toki shares the same body type, and hence all the same base animations, as Ikaru. The optional FemToki part of Remix just lets you replace the dick with the pussy, and slightly increase his (or now her) breast size. Those same animations will exist for FemToki, and getting them set up is part of the honourable work I have to do :BootyTime:

And of course, for all the femboy enjoyers, there will always be the option of keeping Toki as a femboy whilst enjoying the rest of Remix's content.

For anyone who wants a quick status update on Mihashira Remix v0.2, I've accidentally managed to give Ikaru's chakram dialogue in the new scene :KEK:

Just working on fixing this Kigis x Army scene up now; it's a lot more ambitious than the previous Mamushi one, which probably explains why it's given me so much grief (and thus taken much longer than I'd originally planned!)

Despite the difficulty, I'm really happy with the result and have had a lot of fun overall. But after releasing v0.2, I'll be shifting my focus over to just completing the translation itself for a while, then playing with more Remix ideas once the full translated game is in everyone's hands.

Also... I know I technically said I wouldn't make another signature than the Hashi one. But since Hashi has her sig, and Kigis is getting so much... um... attention in the new Remix scene, I felt Ikaru was a little left out. Introducing the Ikaru sig!
