Usually, I'll avoid NTR and female protagonist games, but Mila's design drew me in. She's gorgeous. I originally planned to just look at the renders, but decided to give the actual game a try, to see if it would disgust me.
I'm glad I did. The issues I have with most female protagonist games, aren't present here. Mila seems in full control of what she wants, and how far she wants to go. Depending on our choices, she'll confess to her husband, and they discover compatible kinks, or she'll explore her sexuality in secret. Furthermore, not having renamable characters, and choices that feel like those in a CYOA allow me to easily take the role of a spectator, instead of role-playing.
An example of this is to enter Bob's room while cleaning or not. If Mila enters the room, she'll be a bit disgusted by it. While she still respects Bob, her attitude toward him slightly changes into something more stern and mothering. (Which could contradict with her submissive side, but I'm not there yet in the story.)
I haven't played the cheating path, and so far, I like the way the story is told. There's talk about feelings, not just lust. Mila and her husband check in with each other, and take things slow concerning their kinks, just pushing the boundaries enough to test whether they like it or not. This is much more compelling than a story about lust, blackmail and non-consent driving a female protagonist's corruption. Best of all, I adore how both Mila and Paul show care about their impact on Bob's life. While it is Mila who's driving the events forward, it's not out of selfishness. She does try to a positive influence on Bob, while handing Paul the reigns of what is allowed to happen.
For future content, I hope we'll get a "Choice designer" where we can start a path as a new game to explore its new content.
(For inspiration, I like the one of "Stranded in Space".) Alternatively, a map, like Wicked Choices has, could be a great addition as well, but with the amount of branching, is probably less interesting. Players would still have to consult it constantly to find the choices leading to new content.
