To be frank, seeing how much criticism you are getting for the loyal route, I'd like to say that it is actually very well written and my favourite overall.
How you deal with the characters emotions feels very organic and it is easy to be drawn in, much more than the other routes.
Maybe it is because it is the last one you have worked on and you're grown as a writer, but let me say: good job.

In most games that has some amount of NTR the loyal route seems to be just a way to showcase what a pitiful character the boyfriend/husband is, and the absolutely low-effort, boring sex he's (maybe) getting.
The freaky fun stuff is of course reserved for the bull(s). At a streeetch, maybe some kinkier stuff if he's sharing. Maybe.

I still say she could do the exhibition, lesbian and cam girl routes without the ntr. Not going to say any about ntr, just not my thing. Yes it's all fantasy, just not mine.

NTR in this game is a little "heavy", but HEY, it's a porn game, tastes are tastes (in italian: i gusti son gusti).
True, but it was NTS route that hooked me up, for me it's a game of Mila going wild and this can't be the case for loyal route. Also, I am interested in Mila, not Paul.
Also also, no H-scenes. So sadly - this update is skip for me

The "Care Bear" route is boring. I don't like the BBC, but it was the only NTR route where there was no romance and the clothes were better

The simple answer is probably "a bit of everything."
I’ve more or less figured out the pacing and how I want to build the scenes, so I guess the loyal route looks the most polished so far.
But it’s also intentional — I want the loyal route to show a more "real" Paul and Mila.
You won’t find crazy oversized stuff like in the NTS route, or BBC clichés like in the NTR one.
If the NTR and NTS routes feel more like different fantasies Mila is living out (which, by the way, is exactly why she’s so willing and capable in those routes — she wants it, and that’s why everything clicks, unless the "training" itself is just another fantasy),
then the loyal route is more about the true path.

Technically, the loyal route will also split a little — between Paul's "fantasy" of a harem (that we, as the player, can help make real)
and the true loyal path where Mila and Paul stay together, spice up their relationship, but stay completely faithful to each other.
In the latest update, we finally tackled Mila’s insecurity and fear — and gave her back her faith in Paul's love.
Which means now she can shift her focus to his thoughts and desires... and start bringing his fantasies to life too even if it hurts a little.
Exhibitionism will be in loyal route, as well with watersports and group scenes with Paul and girls. That's the plan. Also there wll be some hardcore scenes with toys, probably bondage stuff and obviously lots of anal, because I love it
Questionable stuff I will try to make optional, because not everyone like it. Camgirl route probably will have an option "no actual cheating" if you won't count spanking and kissing as cheating at least. Or I will adjust ntr route a bit making the scene in antique store optional... Dunno, will think about later)
