Just found this game having scrolled past it so many times previously, and it was definitely worth it.

I think something this game does really well is diving into Mila's internal thoughts and emotional reactions to things in a way that I've not seen many other similar style games do. I often find that, especially when it gets to sex scenes, I end up just ignoring the text in most games as it devolves into sex noises and just descriptions of what's happening physically. I can get that from the images. This game kept me reading with how Mila actually reacts to everything happening and got me properly invested in the story.

Something doesn't add up in what you write because Mila's real thoughts are that she chose NTR because her marriage had become boring and she was tired of having vanilla sex with her husband, and all this happens at the beginning of the story, is she deliberately signed up to a forum where she was strongly attracted to a page that talks about women's desire to have sex with black men... She even chatted on the phone with the page administrator, whose name is Dick...
Up to this point, there are no choices for the player, so this is Mila's true desire.

At this point, choices arrive that some players like because they are choices that “matter.”
I agree that choices should matter, but they should change the story, not the protagonist's personality.
So there is only one main path in this game (because the other choices are against Mila thoughts in the intro) and the main path it is the NTR/BBC path that includes DICK, the character Mila contacted first.
She was tired of her husband always being absent...

How is it possible that her husband, who is always absent, becomes present only to make her run away with a disgusting fat man? How does Mila change her mind about what at first seems to be her true inner thoughts, which are at the center of her mind?

You can find Mila's sincere inner dialogue in this post,

or read the dialogues in the game's introduction carefully.

Code:
Mila "How long ago did we meet? {w}Back in school, fifteen years ago."
Mila "Remembering those times is so pleasant... {w}Everything was so exciting and vibrant back then."
Mila "My life with Paul started like a fairytale that I always dreamed of living."
Mila "\“They lived happily ever after\” - a story I dreamed of as a child. {w}My prince on a white horse gave me happiness."
Mila "My life was full of fun and joy. {w}And it seemed like everything was just perfect. {w}Paul really is a prince. {w}He's handsome, smart, and can take care of me."
Mila "But something has changed recently. {w}Everything is so good and sweet that there's nothing to gossip about with my friends. {w}Everything is so good... {w}That is the only thought that remains in my head..."
    scene wedding_bw with dissolve
Mila "Happiness...{w} is boring."

Regarding the loyal path, I could suggest that he do some flashbacks, which Mila defines in this sentence from the intro:Mila Thougts in the intro... she is remembering the past with her prince Paul..
I understand why aDDont is so scared to follow the “pure loyal route” path. as he posted in this post

In my opinion;
The pure and loyal path must consist solely of flashbacks if the writer does not want to create another story that contradicts the introduction, where Mila expresses her true thoughts on a relationship that has lasted for over 15 years.
In fact, I believe that the dev should have created scenes of loyalty that Mila and Paul have already experienced in the past... and then moved on to the conversation that Mila has with herself in the introduction.
This way, the story would be consistent...
The evolution of Mila Ai game should have been in this order:

Part 1) Loyal and pure newlywed wife
Part 2) after 15 years.. Dissatisfied wife who goes looking for NTR/BBC with Dick and his friends.
Part 3) the forgiveness.. Mila, tired of cheating, talks to her husband Paul, who understands that it is better to start a wife-sharing relationship... if he does not want a divorce.

Eh, the way I see it is that the choices are a kind of "what if" situation. The choices you get are literally opposites in most cases so of course she's going to have a different personality in each route, she'd always make the same decision otherwise and it would be a kinetic novel not a VN. Paul behaving completely differently depending on the route is also down to the same thing. You pick the route and from then on the story progresses in a way where that would make sense.

Also I've seen a few comments about how she is clearly wanting to have sex with black men specifically from the start and I really don't see it that way. When the forum is introduced she talks about imagining herself as a sub from fanfics, then "registered on a dating site for like-minded people", implying it's a forum for BDSM. Dick is literally the first person that messages her and immediately gives her orders and demands which is what she's already said she's looking for. She says "something in his tone made me answer", then after chatting for a bit and getting into it "the pressure and demand were turning me on". She doesn't know he's the site owner until much later in his route, and the fact he's black is irrelevant to her until you're on that path. I think people are reading too much into the "pages, black just as my desires" line, as if it's not a common idiom for something being depraved, dark, or otherwise deviant.
