Certainly looks at least similar to her. The Nun is also from a different work of the same Dev (even if we dont see her face or dick, she certainly looks very similar as well)

So to summarize it looks like for chapter 5 we're getting
1. a scene with the principal (including sex)
2. a scene with mom
3. a scene with the gym woman (something with costumes and a separate sauna scene)
4. a scene with the blonde neighbor at a grocery store.
5. a scene with the new church friend (including sex)
