Hey man, its your game, disregard people trying to force changes, but please, be honest with us and yourself. The MC does not look masculine, if anything he looks like a butch lesbian, you even say the point of him isn't to look masculine, its to look like a boy, so why are you even trying to portray him as masculine? I don't know if its the daz model you chose or what, but at first glance (in that image you sent at least) I would have assumed he was a she, and honestly the haircut is just making it worse. Again, its your game, if this is really your preferred look for him, don't let us stop you, but when you said he was going to become more masculine, I had assumed it would be more than a haircut. Also saying he currently looks more masculine than the guy from a Wife and Mother (who from just a glance at the preview pictures on the f95 page for that game, I can already tell has more masculine facial features than this mc) has to be a joke right? I'm not trying to insult your game design, but at some point you just have to understand that your mc just isn't going to be seen as masculine by the general playerbase and trying to force it does just as much good as people trying to force their opinions that the mc isn't masculine on you. At the end of the day, there will always be disagreements over the looks of the MC, but my recommendation to you is to stop switching between "he is hot and masculine" and "His point is to look like a boy" and just go with "His point is to look like a boy" If you do that I think a lot of people will back off.
Good luck on the game, don't let us discourage you, I'll keep the game thread watched and try to play it once it has gotten some more content in a year or so.
