Because it is hopelessly out of date, insecure, and has very limited options if you want graphical quality.
Also, it is a much more time consuming process to do a game in Ren'py than in Tyrano.
Finally, a Ren'py port would probably take up at least 80 MB more which is a lot considering the game is about 170 MB...
And really-finally... this game starts immediately. How long does it usually take to start a Ren'py game? Somewhere between 5 seconds and a minute is not uncommon.

Ren'py is basically an unsmart platform because each and every game has to re-use the same libraries, nothing can be put anywhere it can be shared.

If you don't mind me asking, what platform do you play on? I've never noticed a delay starting up a renpy game, especially a full minute. Also, not sure what you mean by graphical quality. Isn't that more a rendering issue?
I only play on my PC, and Tyrano games always seem to have graphic problems for me.
