I think it's a problem with the gallery's saving function, Warm Blowjob doesn't get recorded (It's the unmissable since between the Blowjob and Kitchen/Bedroom Scene unless you get an end by picking wrong choices like not looking for Mrs. Sweet).
Restarting the game, Choosing the 'Back to Menu' option during the game, or loading a game until you get to an end can
make the scenes in the gallery be locked again (if you didn't view the said scenes on your latest 'playthrough', including the replays itself in the gallery!)
So yeah, the scene not even ending until you get to and 'end' when viewing in gallery pretty much says that gallery is indeed broken as f.
