Is v2.2 for chapter 6 cause in my case I downloaded 2.2 compressed and walkthrough and it keeps on reeating chapter 4. Can anyone provide a save at the end of chapter 4 when Casey tells the officer to just shut up and let mc go. It keeps on repeating in my case.

This sounds like the looping problem discussed in this thread. If you do a search for loop (and be sure to have your account preferences sort results by most recent posts), you can find where a workaround has been provided. You can use URM or even just go into the game console (using UnRen or similar) to adjust the variable mentioned. The problem scene will proceed successfully, and then you'll continue on.
If this ends up being a different problem, though, that workaround likely won't help. But I'd try that workaround post first and adjust things manually.
