For now, you don't need there is only 3 choices...

It isn't always about choices but the transition between updates. For instance does it allow for the continuation into the next chapter if it broke to the main menu at the end of the previous one assuming each chapter has it's own file. If they are in the same file then the mod will overwrite the new file and will no longer have the updates. Of course all this depends on how the original code and mod work together. I do not want go into the many ways they could work together.

I'm not the dev, but for now you have 1 critical choice and so, 2 possible route. You just have to play the 2 routes (it's shorts) and make saves at each end for the next update.

Game started good with an excellent M/D scene but has some annoying things.

First choice: Touch her lips / Don't risk it... Risk what? A woman is trying to put a man's dick into her vagina and touching her lips is a risk?

Second thing, the picture below is revealing a secret. Our MC is a vampire. No reflection of him. Floating people is not a big deal but this is something else. This image was same in the fist version, not re-rendered.



Anyway, good luck to developer with his game. Hope to see more M/D & S/S with MC scenes with logic text .

I think you're confusing this game for the DarkBasic's one, which is now called Milfvania, formely known as Porn King, and which has two episodes already out on Steam with the third, and last one, coming next year too.
However, those are two noticeably different games though

I just downloaded the game last night along with the walkthrough and there were quiet a few times when an error came up saying something about image couldn't be found and since I put the walkthrough in it doesn't show which is the best choice to select. I installed the walkthrough the way it says. Copy and paste the files into the "game" folder but nothing is showing. Did I do something wrong?

Nope, you have just installed the old mod which is incompatible with the remaster.
No missing image actually.

Developers should be careful with texting and rendering, if they are trying to make money from their games. Games are full of stupid errors like floating people on the bed or floor (this game has lots of them), flatten stiletto nose along with foot, intercrossing body parts, fingers inside body, water jet crossing body in the shower etc. I know, posing is the most difficult and boring part of rendering process but minimizing errors increase overall quality.
