It's your work and your right to monetize it how you think it's best, BUT whether you want NTR in your actual story or not is something that you owe to your fans and supporters (especially to them) to be honest and upfront about.

My point is, you already have a lot of attractive women, add an interesting story with a good build up and intense passionate sex scenes there, and it should be enough to get you more support. But playing for both sides is not a good idea, cuz nobody can please everyone, no matter how good of a writer they believe themselves to be.
I will say it again, devs that don't intend to dabble with that type of content do not do customs of that nature with their characters. Digi doesn't, Caribdis doesn't, Drifty doesn't, Stonefox doesn't, DPC doesn't, you get the point. Pick any of the top rated vanilla games on the site and go and find me one single Custom that is sharing/swinging/ntr.
Yeah, making questionable content like that, even as bonus scenes or custom renders is a certain way to invite the NTR brigade on this thread and make them feel entitled to demand canonical scenes like that with the MC's women.
The big devs you mentioned there don't risk making this type of stuff in order to avoid any misunderstandings and pointless complaining on either side down the line, and they're doing pretty good for themselves by following this unwritten rule, especially DPC, who's uhh... let's say a lil too much of a very strict businessman with a very ban-happy trigger finger.
