No one's forcing anyone to do anything. I hope. People who came expecting an incest harem story will be predictably vexed when they find they're embroiled in NTR trash. cause there isn't one at least as far as seeing it. It's a MMF scene or you can assume the girl fucked the dude if you don't go with them. So it's either off screen NTR ( not confirmed just assumption) or NTS.
