If said character isn't supposed to be a Li you did a piss poor job at showing that with her since when she first gets introduced you got her kissing the Mc then she pretty much throws herself to him after and having an option for the Mc to flirt with her doesn't help your case since it is how anyone tends to get with a girl is flirting etc. so people will assume she will be a Li then you have that controversial scene that happens to her and that is why everyone is pissed because they thought she would be a LI at first only for sharing shit to show up and ruin it so a better way at showing she isn't a Li and stuff would be by not having her do all the stuff you had her doing in the first place with the Mc and could have gone about the situation with them in other ways that didn't involve romance or sexual interactions between them or just had her be Li in the first place that joined the Mc's harem and not have put any sharing shit at all with any characters Li or not.

My guess is that the developer is trying to squeeze every last penny out of the game before he abandon the game; otherwise, his actions make no sense. He's been exploiting his harem/incest supporters for three years now, the game itself has practically no content, and then the developer decided to abandon the game.
