I would like to know if the sandbox mode has extra scenes or is it the same thing in the story mode?
Pretty sure it's the same scenes, with maybe a little more freedom to replay them

If you didn't agree to the deal with George, there's no way. Replay and agree when he comes to you in the morning after your first outcall with Bella. ( nothing terrible will happen, mc is just stalling for time)
He blocks the TV scenes if you refused to help him (and the sleep creep), but the picnic scenes are available whether you help him or not.
