Yeah I'm pretty sure your game was bugged out, I've made an edit to your save, changing a couple of Booleans so you now have the swamp, but buyer beware it might lead to new bugs. it's definatey not perfect, it seems like this will make you miss the initial introduction to Sasha and Miranda, but atleast you can see the Sash and Jasmine content now.
