did you cheat her love/corruption? I've a theory that the game looks at the story stage + character points + RNG to place the girls around the map, so if you boosted her affection and advanced the story enough with other characters it skips some scenes. It shouldn't make a big difference I think based on what I've seen in other peoples games, you've just missed a Laundry room Titjob.
From what I recall she is in the laundry room frequently until you visit the swamp, then she just stops turning up there and the Dinner scene takes over.
I lost all my saves. Can someone share a save from the beginning of this version, please? I dont have time to start the game from the beginning!

Saves work in this version?
I put the saves in appdata, and in the game "saves" and it doesn't work

you might need to close the game and reopen it, but don't mess with the persistant saves in appdata (delete that folder if it gives you trouble but it shouldn't),
Its in the storage room - you need to look for a key (cant remember where it is ^^)

4e works fine AFAIK, My top guess is your version got corrupted in download...have you tried deleting and trying a fresh download/install

Update
I hate running the games this way but running as admin allowed the game to start.
renderer fix https://f95zone.to/threads/all-renpy-games-crash-on-startup.118019/post-8193879 and run as admin.
I'm afraid I don't know how to use that information to solve your issue, but edit your post... put that stuff in a spoiler or a txt files so it doesn't clutter the thread.
What Renderer Fix??, AFAIK you shouldn't need anything other than the main download (+incest Patch if you want it) don't mess with the savegame of cheatmod at this time.
You shouldn't need to be in Admin mode for this game... guess that means something on your system is blocking it, maybe your Antivirus? Windows Defender doesn't seem to like Renpy anymore, maybe look at those settings
