It seems we've finally reached an agreement: the developers plan to insert NTR content into the narrative, which is currently the core of the discussion. It's neither a true harem nor a true NTR story.
Version 0.1 has too little content; even the sex scenes are just watching couples having sex in a park. If NTR content had been released in version 0.1, probably not many people would have known about the game or tried playing it.
