I mean to be fair it doesnt even take 5 minutes to look through the patreons devlogs and see the planned content info this is a direct quote from the dev himself stating that:

It's in the dev's own best interest to do so.

I guarantee you that, once this has been made crystal clear, the majority of harem fans will either stick around for more content they were promised, some of them even go support the dev shortly after or as soon as they can, the rest will simply delete the game and move on to other titles. Just check my posting history and see how many times I personally complain in NTR-focused game threads about the obvious point of the story.

Most harem and romance fans only want complete honesty about this and that misunderstanding or thing that contradicts what devs say. That's it and nothing more.

You're just an exception, even knowing that the game will have NTR, or when the game is focused on NTR, there are always the annoying people complaining, telling the developer to remove it, that it won't have supporters, that it doesn't make sense, and all that bullshit.
90% of the games here don't have NTR, and when one comes out with NTR, there come the annoying people wanting to dictate what should or shouldn't be in the game.
NTR games are a minority, a good portion are abandoned, another part is that AI crap, another part is just garbage.
