I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I have games that have 3+ tags that I filtered out and still show up, let alone filter by future tag... usually multi protag, gay, female/futa protag, i have not tried specifically for the controversial ones, but I dubt that doesnt happen as well. The entire tag system is cooked on this site.

Usual 'feedback' aside, renders look good, the female characters look great... I'd like to play the game for some sweet romance, character development and no unpleasant surprises.
This begs the two million-dollar questions, IS there actual NTR in the game, or did some users misinterpret/exaggerate things again, and is the trans character(s) optional or at least avoidable or not ??
If the whole appeal's supposed to be the beauty of a no-strings-attached only type of sexual relationship with an older woman that still got it, I completely understand why that is, have some real milfs I'd smash too, even pornstar milfs like Richelle Ryan lol, but for romance or marriage, I'd run the other away any day of the year, for obvious reasons and real$on$.

Played the version 0.1 of the game and loved it, thought I'd make a video about it; then I saw the planned tags in the OP it's good that it's mentioned here this early to let the fans know where this game is headed, so they can choose whether they want to play it or not. Finished the game and honestly the whole NTR meltdown seems like a huge overreaction from the part of some people here honestly there hardly any other males around and the story focuses so much on the MC that I get the vibe that the NTR tag might be the MC cucking the husbands of the milfs since most of them seem to be in a relationship or married that's what I can guess because nowhere did I get the usual NTR vibes you get from games with that sort of content, I can't really say for sure since I am not the dev but it doesn't give that vibe at all plus the milfs aren't easy sluts most lean on the slower burn side of romance.
As for the game I love it there this sort of interesting vibe I get of slow corruption of the MC towards the milfs but it feels sort of more organic and natural leaning towards the side of seduction I also love that the milfs aren't just some quick fuck but it goes a bit more deeper in to their psychological repressed feelings and their problems in their current relationships it sort of gives them some nice background information and it's more slower burn they don't just imminently jump on the MC cock, so yea overall I'm looking forward to seeing more of this game and for the future trans milf that still not in the game yet but solid start good renders, music, decent writing and really hot milfs that have more than meet the eye than just being hot.
