I THINK that the last quest for her was finding her in various locations? Or actually i think there was something in the kitchen after that...i'm honestly not sure. it's barely into her quest chain at all. if there are multiple times you're supposed to meet her at 4pm then it's the very first time.

Edit: based on that i guess im up to quest 9. she's never in her room. been through like 2 weeks and she never shows up.

I found the source of the issue you experienced. Before starting the quest, you needed to save up 200 dollars. However, since this wasn’t mentioned in the description field, you got stuck in a loop. If you save 200 dollars and go to Emily’s room at 4 PM, the quest will start.
I’ve noted the issue you encountered. I’ll add the necessary explanation to the description in the next update.

It says go to the lounge but when I go to the lounge, no one is there. It should say Dinner table.

In the previous update, the dining table was in the living room. However, it has now been moved to the kitchen. I will update the relevant description field.

Anyone know what's up here no matter what can't progress with Elizabeth says go to Elizabeth she should be in the kitchen however she is only there from 8pm onwards and after talking to her nothing progresses.
The hint for elizabeth (i think thats her name) says to go to the backyard weekends at 8am but nothing happens, bad hint or is something broken. note im using my save from the last update
