I think Exactly THIS Happened... Like without side quests of some lewd scenes with her, it would be pretty lame if dev implement it .

Do not believe so, afaik both versions are the same, if they weren't there would be a patch only, I'm sure someone would post it, but this is different as it's a .json file. So, if there was a different SS version (which I don't think there is) the .json file would be what you need to replace.
They have to update/re-write/add stuff to the patch every update for the person updating, that's why it takes a bit.

Full Penetration. One Missing image which is available in extra version which isn't leaked yet
There are 5 Extra version scenes in this update. You can get 4 of them. Last one is based on if you are on Rabbit path or Rat Path. ALL the extra scenes are Full penetration sex except first one. We have to wait for Extra version leak to get those images.

I just set things to compress and go play a game or something. It's doing it on another machine most of the time, so it's usually not a big deal, if I am around, I like to help the community. I was one of those people for the longest time requesting compressed versions, asking where it's at, etc. I just wanted to give back all that was given to me
Yeah, this update was a banger. A lot of scenes that you wanted to happen, happened. I admit though that the story isn't really all that special, definitely am more playing it for the scenes than anything else.
