Sure, because I have tried image.google and nothing have been found.

This was a scene at the start of the game in the early versions of the game. It was removed later most probably due to the most famous 3 letter reason. If you want to see it, you have to find and download very old version, probably 0.2 or 0.3.

I have made a video pack that reintroduce the Olivia sex scene at the start of the game.
You have to choose the old or current scene (see the picture).

Unzip to the game folder and overwrite the old file (a backup is provided).

It seems that crack for extra scenes are not working, downloaded v10 extra, followed crack instructions to the letter, when starting game it says activated on main menu but when trying to activate extra scene it revert me to the page where says that game is not activated, anyone also have this problem?

You are alone with this problem... Apparently you have a corrupted installation.
Re-download the game and crack
