Have you downloaded the new Extra version ? And not trying to activate the standard to become Extra...
And use only this one

Can you delete your post, it's confusing with the good activation crack

To unlock extras, copy the attached file to the game menu.
The correct activation code will already be displayed, you just need to enter it correctly
Edit: updated the Extra crack, it will now enter the correct activation code for you when you enter any number

Edit2: crack now work for both versions and also removes the mod warning screen
Edit3: added instructions
Edit4: the activation now happens automatically during the game launch

It works, you just have to extract the file under game directory. No need to install or relocate anything...

Gallery Unlocker, should work with all versions unless they change their gallery functions, which I doubt they will.

Seems possibly the issue lies with the compressed version. Uncompressed works fine.

Oddly when using the compressed extra version, extra scenes would work 80% of the time, other 20% I would see the see the oops have to activate screen.

I had to delete everything, reinstall the extra version of the game, apply the crack, and start the game for the first time.

Then the crack worked properly.

This is because some images from Extra version are crypted and I suspect the cruncher to modify these files badly.
This is why you have to use the activation crack. It delivers the right code to decrypt it.
The tool that compress these files need to be modified, and include a header check and not only rely on the extension filename.
