Don't remove it . After that the game goes on Russian no ?I removed the regular patch .. and copied a new one in its place. It works.

Incest works with the 2 patchs. Olivia Cynthia as refered as sister's MC and Julie is the mother.

In version 0.1, the 1st scene the player would encounter was about the MC creeping up to his "older sister" being banged by her boyfriend. In 0.1.1 they changed that by offering to be a choice between a "Rat" Scene or a "Bunny" Scene, where's the Bunny one was him banging a random girl, the Rat being the usual.
Now in version 0.3, they scrapped that scene completely, now the "Rat" scene is just MC creeping into her masturbating with a dildo.

It works because on my playtrough the MC says Mom , little sister and older sister many times.if there are two patches, then incest does not work.
