when in the story is this happening? jog my memory Its been a while since I last played this.

I'm at the point after having fun with the therapist and first "follow" quest. Before I can do the second tailing quest I'm supposed to find Igor from Mom's questline. She's now gone after Igor stole money from safe. I'm supposed to message him, which I did (the MC just asks "How are things?") and nothing happens. Mom's quest is stuck and so is sister's.
