the bugs I encounter are:

• the cashier's quest is repeated from the beginning
• Mom's quest is stuck at waiting for a message from Igor.
• not a bug, but I consider the events for the therapist is broken/out of order.

I decide to unlock all the CGs which makes me don't want to play anymore.

You are probably talking about the bonus. I had the same question as you and did not find anything.
So I decided to search myself, and I found it in:
\MilfsPlaza-18a2-pc\game\images\cg\steam_bonus
So in short you don't need to do anything, it is already in the game.
It is probably given as a download option if you just want to watch it separately!

Found a workaround for newer Android OS Download the Windows version of the game. Copy and replace the specific file in the /game folder.

It's not an patch but "pack" (folder) animation pack is just all the sex scene's without having to play the game in .MP4 videos and images in folder
