Quite right. I worked purely for money. But I love my job and I love to please the audience even more. But it's not interesting to do it for free)

I do not consider commercialism to be my vice. For me it is a great motivation to do a lot and efficiently. I spent 3 months paying for the work of a programmer and translator, while rapidly losing subscribers. New ones came who wanted to continue the game. And perhaps in half a year or a year, it would pay off. But the money ran out now. I couldn't afford to pay rent and support my family. I disbanded the team and went back to the comics. I just had no choice.
Damn! That sound very rough and unfortunate, I would have thought with game like that you would gain even more fans not losing them consider how good it was even with 2 updates. Maybe adult games that have incest content truly got oversaturated, or maybe because of covid least people want to support games these day...or maybe both I don't know
But again it was sad and now I truly understand the full story, hope and wish you the best

Texic: it was a good game and you should get paid for your efforts to at least cover costs. I believe covid has impacted the market and a lot of folks were out of a job for awhile (me included) which i'm sure impacted your subscriber list. good luck with your comics and maybe someday return to game creation as you have the talent for it based on this game. besh wishes to you and your family. v/r Diego

I'm new here, I just discover the game, attracted by the art, it was unfortunate that the game got abandoned, I'm sorry to ask the author this, but is it possible for at least one sex scene with "you know who"? Even in comic form? It was sad that there's no at least 1 sex scene after the build up, leaving us blue balls.

Thanks a lot for the words of support, guys. I myself am sorry that the game is frozen. Perhaps someday an investor will appear who wants to invest in its production)

On patreon I started publishing a series of art about Marina and MC.

you're approaching it wrong. Other 2d game developers made quite a big game basics with some blocked locations and possibilities. Unfortunately, it is not easy at the beginning, working on the game is an investment. Patrons are only an indicator of how the project develops. I know a few creators, some of them set goals and finished the game (as many as one person), others milked people for money with more and more time for subsequent versions, I was a creator myself and I know what the creative process looks like. There is a time of doubt and nonsense interrupted by momentary delights. But I don't understand some of the creators of making up fairy tales, thank you for admitting that it does not benefit you, this is hard evidence. As for me, you shouldn't give up, do it slowly and gather your fan base. You will definitely get somewhere further then. I would love to write this to anyone who abandons the project ...
Greetings from person who lived half his life with depression, a former photographer and poet who burned out because of humanity.

I know that you left the project due to lack of money, but man please, at least work on it, even if a little, at least one update per year.
