Behind the lobby... I think, it's inside the Hotel.
Inside the other villa (I think it's called Bella's villa or something like that) between the hot tub and shop.

I decided to upload the "intermediate" build, it's 1st part.
Download it from this post.
Mac and Linux versions I'll upload later. (Today I fall asleep, but tomorrow I have a day off.)
P.S.
Don't use old saves.
Now you can use 'H' letter in the name of the main character.
Use TAB button to hide\show conversations.
